With more than 20 years of experience in global apparel sourcing and export, Elias Miah (Kallol) is the driving force behind 3F Apparels Partner. His career spans collaborations with leading international brands and an in-depth understanding of both European buyer expectations and Bangladesh’s manufacturing ecosystem.
Elias’s leadership is built on three core principles: reliability, transparency, and innovation. Over the years, he has successfully managed high-volume production, complex supply chains, and compliance-critical operations, giving clients the confidence that their orders are in safe hands.
